Babette is a yogi and lover of life, blowin’ in the wind all the way from Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
She has completed her RYT-500, NASM-CPT; and C-IAYT (2022 candidate). She is inspired by traditional Namaskars and intertwines them with fluid movement drawn from dance, and further enhanced by Ayurvedic wisdom/ the Chakra system. By sharing the tools she has acquired, she hopes to facilitate others in linking body and breath and finding a greater connection/ relationship with themselves through the practice of Yoga.
