Humming Puppy Membership Terms & Conditions

1. Billing & Auto-Renewal

• Your membership begins on the date of purchase and is billed monthly to the payment method on file.

• Your membership automatically renews each week until you cancel.

2. details

• No refunds are provided for unused classes.

• Memberships are non-transferable and for individual use only.

3. Cancellations & Termination

• You can cancel anytime via the Membership Management page of our website.

• Once cancelled, your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, it will not be renewed.

• If you cancel your membership, your current rate may not be available if you choose to rejoin in the future.

4. Price Adjustments

• Humming Puppy may adjust membership pricing in the future.

• Any price changes will be communicated in advance via email and will apply only to future billing cycles.

5. Late Cancel / No Show Policy

• If you cancel within 4 hours of the scheduled class or do not attend, you may be charged a $15 late cancel/no show fee.

6. Suspensions

• You may pause (suspend) your membership for 30 to 90 days within a 12-month period (e.g., for illness, injury, or travel).

• 14 days’ advance written notice is required.

• Requests must be submitted to nyc@hummingpuppy.com.

• Suspension will adjust your billing cycle accordingly.

• You may cancel your membership at any time.

7. Studio Rights & Policy Violations

• Humming Puppy reserves the right to change these terms and update policies at any time.

• Violations of studio terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your membership.

• We reserve the right to refuse entry or cancel memberships at our discretion.
