In one sentence, what inspires you most in life?The Natural World - how it stays so constant yet ever-changing. Adaptable to its governing elements in aim for homeostasis.
In one sentence, why do you facilitate yoga? Fundamentally, my mission on this earth is to make others feel better about themselves. I found happiness through yoga - movement and stillness - so I intend to share my lived-experience.
