Lisa identifies as a hiker, nature enthusiast and yoga student and facilitator. She holds over 600 hours of yoga training specializing in philosophy, yoga therapy, yin yoga and several types of meditation. Additionally she teaches retreats around the globe. 

Lisa’s passion is in physical fitness and overall health. Living life as a runner created the discipline necessary to open her up to the studies of yoga and meditation. Discovering the unifying spiritual, physical and mental aspects of yoga lured her into her practice and forever changed her course. Lisa facilitates yoga to inspire others to seek the highest good and to engage fully in life because that is how she expresses her authentic self.
