Kim began practicing yoga to help aid a chronic back injury from rowing. Yoga brought her to places mentally and physically that she did not think possible. For that, she is forever grateful. Kim is a 500 hour certified yoga teacher with specialities in Vinyasa and Ashtanga. Kim is a continual student, however has extensively studied anatomical alignment, inversions, assists, and arm balances.

Her teaching often considers energetic lines and her classes focus on functional mobility and breath awareness. Kim teaches yoga to help heal as many people as she can, whilst sharing her passion and love for the yoga journey in the process.
