My Teaching Style:
I strive to make yoga accessible to all people and enjoy teaching a variety of classes at all levels. I am inspired by my Ashtanga practice and tailor my classes to provide mindful movement with breath synchronisation to strengthen, balance and restore.
My yoga journey began when I came across a Sivananda yoga book at the age of 16. This inspiration lead me to commence my Ashtanga practice which continues to challenge and inspire me. I enjoy the connection between mind and body that my practice enriches and continues to reveal. I enjoy teaching as it provides an opportunity to support others on their yoga journey as many inspirational teachers have and continue to support and challenge me on mine.

My favourite dish is probably spaghetti marinara; especially when I am lucky enough to be enjoying it in Italy!

Most likely hanging out by the beach or enjoying nature, otherwise, you will likely find me enjoying coffee with friends.
