My Teaching Style:
I draw inspiration from our everyday life, philosophical inquiry/interpretation, re-connection with the body and the ways in which we want and deserve to feel. Always an invitation to tune in and create balance for yourself, my classes can be different modes of explorations or energies, with a heartfelt commitment to ensuring you feel fully met, encouraged to feel all the feels and permission to respond for yourself in intuitive and organic ways no matter the style of class.

About Me:

Dog mumma, soft hearted, soul seeking country girl living it large in the big smoke. I’ve arrived at that stage of life where it’s all about diving deeper in. Yoga is a huge part of my life because it’s a powerful modality for self-awareness, nurturing, exploration, transformation and growth. For the past 15 years, I’ve run the rat race as a corporate events manager in banking and finance so I feel committed to creating and holding space for anything that will bring balance and ease to the way and pace we move through the world.

Why I love yoga
I love yoga because it is so much more than something we ‘do’ – it is an entire environment, a landscape in which we can move, play, breathe, rest, reflect, explore, communicate, expand, retreat and transform – you name it. Yoga is not necessarily the guarantee of a life without challenge, but it gives us the chance to be in it, to feel it and to land and explore within it, time over.

Pose that you hope is possible in this lifetime?
It is hard to slow me down, so a 20 minute savasana with all the trimmings – eye pillow, sandbags, bolsters, blankets – the whole kit and kaboodle!

Favorite quote?
“The soul always knows what to do to heal itself. The challenge is to silence the mind” ~Caroline Myss

Favorite food?
Anything from a bakery that you’re not meant to eat in bulk, or every day…

When I’m not teaching Yoga, you’ll find me…
with my dog Paddington. She is the furry centre of my universe and my whole world happily revolves around her. Dogs embody all of the qualities that crack my heart wide open: joyfulness, connection, devotion, authenticity, heartfelt interdependence and unfathomable commitment to giving love. They are little furry reminders of all we have available to be our best selves.
